Deliberately. This site collects nothing and stores nothing, so email is the way in. Write to support@voidride.app and we will answer.
What to include
It gets sorted faster with:
- the username on your account;
- your device and Android version;
- what you expected to happen, and what happened instead;
- roughly when it happened, and where you were if it is map or location related.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
Common things
The verification email never arrived
Check spam first. If it is genuinely missing, write to us from the address you registered with and we will sort it out.
Location is wrong or the fog is not clearing
Confirm Voidride has permission to use location and that precise location is enabled rather than approximate. Indoors, GPS can be poor enough that the game cannot tell you have moved. If it persists outdoors with a clear sky, tell us your device model.
Someone is bothering me
Block them. One action cuts them off from messaging you, calling you and seeing you on the map. If it is serious — threats, harassment, or anything involving a minor — write to us and we will act on it.
Something was removed, or my account was restricted
We will have told you what happened and why. If you think it was wrong, reply and a person will review it again. See the enforcement section of the terms.
A purchase did not arrive
Purchases are processed by the app store, and refunds are handled there. If a payment went through and the items did not appear in the game, that one is ours — tell us and include the store receipt.
I want my data, or I want to leave
You can export your data from inside the app, and delete your account yourself. Both are immediate.
Security disclosure
If you have found a vulnerability, please write to support@voidride.app with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will confirm we received it, keep you updated, and credit you if you would like that.
Please do not test against other people's accounts, degrade the service for real players, or access data that is not yours.
