Report illegal content

Open to anyone, with or without a Voidride account.

Are you a Voidride player?

If you have an account, report it from inside the app instead — tap a profile or a message and choose Report. It reaches the same people, and because we already know who you are it needs less from you. You can also block someone, which stops them sending you direct messages, calling you or adding you as a friend.

This page is for everyone else: people with no account, and anyone reporting content they believe is unlawful rather than merely against our rules.

What this form is

This is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. Anyone — an individual or an organisation, in the EU or outside it — can use it to tell us about content on Voidride they believe is illegal. You do not need an account and you do not need to be the person affected.

We review every notice. If we act on it, we will tell the person whose content or account it concerns what we did and why, and they can contest it. If you give us your email address we will confirm we received your notice and tell you the outcome.

Send a notice

Pick the closest match. It decides how quickly the notice is seen.
Be as exact as you can: a username and tag (for example rider#4821), a server name, a channel, roughly when it was posted, or what the content looks like. We cannot act on something we cannot find.
Tell us what the content is and what is unlawful about it. If you know the law it breaks, name it — but you do not have to be a lawyer to send a notice.
Where we confirm receipt and tell you the outcome.

What you write here is stored and read by a person. We keep it as a moderation record, including after any account involved is deleted — see the privacy policy. Nothing on this page is tracked or advertised against.

If someone is in immediate danger

Contact your local emergency services first. In the EU that is 112. We are not an emergency service and we cannot reach anyone faster than they can. Send us the notice as well — we will act on our side, and where we suspect an offence involving a threat to someone's life or safety we notify the authorities ourselves.

Other ways to reach us

For anything that is not a report of illegal content — a problem with your account, a purchase, a data request, or contesting a decision we made about you — see support.

Point of contact for authorities and for users, under Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act: legal@voidride.app. Correspondence is accepted in English and Romanian.
