Delete your account

From inside the app — instant

This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

• Open Voidride and go to Account Settings.
• Choose Delete account.
• Confirm with your password, or re-authenticate with Google if that is how you sign in.

By email — if you cannot reach the app

If you have lost your device or cannot sign in, write to support@voidride.app from the email address on the account, and ask us to delete it.

We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting, because deletion cannot be undone. We complete verified requests within 30 days, and usually far sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in credentials, so the password no longer works, and every active session.
• Your friendships, your blocks and your server memberships.
• Your registered devices, so notifications stop.
• The actual image files for your avatar and banner, removed from storage — not just the links to them.
• Your username, email, display name, profile text and status, which are erased from your account record.
• Your explored map, progression and gameplay history.

What does not get deleted, and why

• Messages in shared conversations. They stay in the channels and chats where you sent them, attributed to “Deleted User”, with nothing linking them back to you. Pulling them out would rewrite other people's record of their own conversations. If specific content needs removing, ask us and we will look at it.
• Moderation records, where an enforcement decision was made. A record of that decision cannot be erased by the account it was made against. It is kept to defend the decision and to meet our obligations as a platform.
• Backups, for a limited period, after which they expire on their own.
